Yes, I have done it: I have created my own version of Lloyd's fictional character Sweeney Todd, trying to stay away from stage!Sweeney and movie!Sweeney as possible. I hope this is even remotely visible. As for the string of pearls around Margery's neck- this was simply something to bring the main characters together with the thing that started it all, nothing more. and she won't be having it in the finished concept by the way.
