Haha, big laugh… Anyway, here’s Darkwing Bob at last. And a bio will follow:
 
Bob was always the favourite of the two Terwilliger brothers, he was better at school, better looking (while Cecil had to wear braces, he was spared this) and altogether a better son- or so Cecil thought.
When Bob got older and began working for Krusty (before he turned into the supervillain Quacker-Krust), he lost contact to Cecil, trying to write a few letters however never getting any replies. Finally, when Krusty had to fire him and hired Mel (because Mel got lower wages) and became a supervillain in the end, Bob decided to only way to do something useful would be to protect the town from the villains now spreading in the city like some kind of weird mushroom would be to get a secret identity (which later triggered the creation of his arch-enemy) and thus, Darkwing Bob was born.
Thanks to his parent’s good financial situation, he was able to get all the utilities he needed (a gas gun, a motorcycle and some other stuff, including tear gas bombs, a grappling hook and his cool costume) and set to fighting evil.
He wanted to get a hat as well, the problem was that his bushy hair wouldn’t hold any kind of hat- this proved to be an obstacle, so he left the hat off completely.
Despite the fact his hair is quite a giveaway, nobody ever recognised him. When the League of The Evil (LoTE) kidnapped Lisa Simpson’s parents, he took care of Lisa, Bart and Maggie until they rescued Marge and Homer. After that, he offered to baby-sit all three of them sometimes (though Bart refuses) and the kids learn that he is really the mysterious hero that saved their family.
Bob does not know that his arch-enemy is really his brother, though he knows of the other villains’ (including Steelteeth and the Pine-sisters (a.k.a. Rainier Wolfcastle and Patty and Selma)) origin.
 
Well, I can’t really say I am completely happy with this, even though I like his shirt and mask. The orange does look a little bright to me, but that can be just me… what do you think though?
 
 
 
Decided to include the other ‘good guys’ and a few members of F.O.W.L here also:
 
Gosalis Simpson (Gosalyn Mallard)
A hyperactive girl who likes to spent a lot of time with Darkwing Bob. Tries to help him wit hhis job, but ends up making it worse for him in the end. She is very clever though and has sometimes even helped him solve a particularly difficult case.
She is very clingy as far as Bob is concerned and always wants her parents to go out so she can be baby-sat by Bob. She cannot stand Milhonk van Houten, her next-door neighbour who constantly tries to hit on her. She might be clever, but she has confused Bob for his brother a number of times, too.
 
Milhonk van Houten (Honker)
A very shy guy who tries to get a  date with Gosalis almost constantly. He is considered a nerd thanks to his glasses and gets a bucket full of beating every other day. He learned of Bob’s secret identity not long after Lis and Bart and Maggie, though he was forbidden to say a word to anyone.
His family still lives together, though his parents are close at the point of breaking up and constantly argue about petty little things with little or no relevance.
 
Homer Simpson (Quack)
Homer took up a second job as Bob’s little helper (though he does not know Bob is the one who baby-sits his children frequently, he still believes Darkwing is a whole other person and Bob wants it to stay that way). He has though found about Bob’s true identity, but always forgotten about it just a moment later since he could not find any piece of paper to note it on.
Homer can barely drive his own car and frequently crashes Bob’s motorbike or hoover-glider into the next wall (Bob’s father having to pay for it then…, but Bob likes Homer just because of his stupidy.
Nobody except his children know that he picked up a second job as Bob’s helper and he does whatever he can to prevent the town from finding out. That also is the only thingh e really is good at, strangely.
 
The Pine Sisters (Ammonia Pine and her Sister)
Patty and Selma Bouvier are two completely different people- while Selma is obsessed with ridding the world of all the dirt, her sister loves to make places as dirty as possible. This results in them running after each other- Selma usually cleaning up Patty’s mess.
They both once worked at the Springfield Car School, cleaning the cars and the offices, until Selma got crazy about wanting to clean the whole world (she’s had to much of a certain cleanser…. Her sister just tagged along to get rid of their horrible job.
Selma has since then tried to make a boyfriend in almost all of the LoTE villains as well as Steel-Teeth.
 
Steel-Teeth (Steel-Beak)
After Rainier Wolfcastle crashed into a real rock (that was supposed to be fake) at one of his filming sites, he permanently broke his nose and all of his teeth, resulting in him having to resign from show business.
No insurance would pay for a new set of teeth and a nose, so he had to give up his life’s dream and become a beggar- at least until the Pine-Sisters picked him up and brought him into F.O.W.L headquarters, where he got a new nose and teeth made of steel. He became an agent of F.O.W.L. (as a sort of payment to them since he had no money left whatsoever) and swore his revenge on the filming company and the insurance.
He is very vain, and will be distracted if a mirror is nearby. Despite his name, he is a quite prone to chickening out (something that gets better over time). He absolutely hates Selma Pine for hitting on him as well as people ruffling his hair of staining his perfect suit. As a villain, he has a new group of fans almost always swarming around him, and he tries to avoid working for F.O.W.L. if he can help it so to spent more time with the girls.
